The presentation grouped IT work into three operational divisions and highlighted current projects and timelines. "The public safety CAD/RMS project is just really kicking off into that implementation," Ramsey said, and staff is "hoping and estimating to go live with that February 2026." He added that a remote implementation week will continue next week with full engagement from public-safety staff.
