Commission directs sheriff and commissioner to seek housing for animals in criminal investigations

Commissioners emphasized that arrangements would apply to animals involved in criminal investigations and not to routine stray intake.
No new county funding was approved at the meeting; commissioners asked the undersheriff and Beerbauer to report back with proposed MOU language and cost estimates for commission review.
