Council Member Hogg moved to adopt the consent agenda; Council Member Pham seconded the motion, and the motion passed. Staff noted there were no public speakers on the consent items. Several items authorized sole-source procurements and contract modifications; specific contract amounts and vendors were included in staff backup but not read verbatim during the meeting.
