Staff briefed the CRA on pier parking work, a mural schedule, Latham Plaza design progress and recent tenant activity.
"This is the 20 first century, this should not be that hard," said Ken Marsh, who identified himself as living on Gale Avenue, urging the board to adopt a maintenance database and a visitor-facing reporting tool such as a QR code for reporting problems.
Taylor, CRA staff, told the board staff had received Marsh's handouts and that staff had circulated a project update at the meeting.…
