Councilmember Bridal said the committee reviewed 20 funding requests from subrecipients and noted public‑service funding requests exceeded program caps. Because Congress has not yet approved the federal budget, the city's PY25 CDBG award is not finalized. "We have not received that amount yet…once that's approved we'll know exactly how much we're working with," Grants Manager Nikki Lewis said.
