Angleton planning commissioners forward five Ashland final plats, street dedication and approve minutes

The City of Angleton Planning and Zoning Commission on April 3 approved minutes from its March meeting and voted to forward five final plats and a street dedication for the Ashland development to the Angleton City Council for final action.

City planning staff member Mister Spriggs told commissioners the plats had been reviewed by the city engineer and that applicants had made textual corrections required by the engineer. “You have before you the final plat from Ashland Project Sapphire Springs Trail, street dedication,” Spriggs said, describing the street dedication as an east-of-school connection that will link to the sections under consideration.

The plats forwarded to council cover Ashland sections 3–6 and the Sapphire Springs Trail Street Dedication No. 4.
