City planning staff member Mister Spriggs told commissioners the plats had been reviewed by the city engineer and that applicants had made textual corrections required by the engineer. “You have before you the final plat from Ashland Project Sapphire Springs Trail, street dedication,” Spriggs said, describing the street dedication as an east-of-school connection that will link to the sections under consideration.
The plats forwarded to council cover Ashland sections 3–6 and the Sapphire Springs Trail Street Dedication No. 4.
