Staff is seeking timetables from utility companies before finalizing an advertisement and construction sequence.
Staff said the plan is to sequence Silver Saddle first and then move into Parrish; a construction advertisement period would follow confirmed utility schedules. Staff estimated that some utility relocations could take six to seven weeks once scheduled but said those schedules had not been confirmed in the meeting.
Angleton ISD reviewed designs affecting a special-needs school parking lot and staff said those ADA-related parking adjustments were coordinated in the current designs. Councilmembers asked for a refreshed look at the broader bond package (including previously discussed streets and Western Avenue exhibits) so council can evaluate priorities ahead of budget discussions.
Staff said they will return with confirmed utility schedules and more details on sequencing and timing for construction advertising, contract award and project starts.
