ANGLETON, Texas — The Angleton Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 2 recommended that City Council approve a replat of the Vera Subdivision at 2001 North Valdez Street that adjusts a rear lot line and shifts a water easement, subject to conditions from the city engineer and coordination with the Angleton Drainage District.
The replat converts the referenced property into a 7.732-acre, one-block subdivision with two lots and one reserve and shows one lot zoned Commercial General (CG) adjacent to property zoned Single-Family Residential (SF-7.2).
