Williams County Planning staff presented a request from TJC Smith Farms and Jennifer Smith to rezone a small parcel to rural residential so the home can be separated from tillable acreage. The parent holdings total about 160.17 acres; the proposal would create one 7.97‑acre residential parcel and a 152.2‑acre agricultural remainder.
East Fork Township recommended approval. Access details and plat numbers were provided in the staff report; recordation will be contingent on standard departmental clearances. Commissioners voted to approve following staff recommendations.
