Valentin Panchinkom, a county planner, said the amendment updates the PD development standards and reduces the building footprint in parts of the site while adding interior open space and amenities. The planning and zoning commission recommended approval with a total of 17 stipulations; the commission added a requirement that roof-mounted equipment be screened from public view, which the applicant agreed to satisfy.
The applicant's representative was scheduled to attend but needed to catch a flight and was not present for the board hearing. The planner reported no public comments had been received as of the hearing.

A supervisor moved approval with the 17 stipulations and the board voted to adopt the PDD amendment by voice vote. Staff noted the request did not change the project's maximum height; it reconfigured unit counts and parking within the approved parameters and added landscaping and setbacks.
