Planning board forwards Holtson Professional Park 6‑lot subdivision to commissioners with conditions

Ravalli County Planning Board members voted March 7 to recommend conditional approval of the Holtson Professional Park 6‑lot major subdivision and forward the preliminary plat to the county commissioners for final action.

The subdivision proposal would create six commercial lots on 5.64 acres north of the Woodside/Highway 93 intersection. Planning Department staff summarized the project, agency comment and recommended conditions that address access improvements, utilities, wastewater and notifications to future buyers about nearby industrial uses and potential natural hazards.

Planning Department staffer Rob said the plat includes “six lots on 5.64 acres” with lot sizes ranging from about 0.19 acre to 1 acre and that the applicant proposes a community septic system in a southwest common area and individual wells on some lots.
