Presenters reported no objections from affected property owners on the record; the original applicant had spoken with neighbors to secure signatures required to make properties adjacent to the district.
Commissioners moved and seconded adoption of Resolution 4707, which listed the affected parcel numbers on the record. The chair called for public comment; one attendee said the annexation was “a good win for everybody.” Commissioners then recorded voice votes in favor; the motion carried.
The resolution annexes the parcels listed during the hearing into the Victor Rural Fire District and will be processed according to county procedures for annexations; Chief Perry confirmed the fire district had no objections and had visited at least one property. The county clerk’s office and the fire district will carry out any required administrative follow-up.
