The clerk read the consent agenda, which included municipal contracts, appointments and special-event permits. The motion to enact R96–R108 was moved and seconded and passed on roll-call: Council President Rachel Ehrlich, Council Members Landrigan, Range, Honehan, Monahan and Forte all voted yes.
Earlier in the meeting, the council approved the reorganization minutes of Jan. 2, 2025; the executive minutes of Jan. 13, 2025; and the regular minutes of Jan. 13, 2025, each by voice vote. Voucher totals announced by the clerk were: Current Fund $322,552.77; General Capital Fund $19,931.30; Electric Operating $123,372.63; Water Operating $15,084.02; Water Capital $68.93; Trust $32,932.91 — a total of $513,963.56. A motion to approve the vouchers passed on roll-call with the same unanimous yes votes recorded.
Items on the consent agenda included awards for HVAC preventive maintenance, special-event permits for parks and parking lots, several trust fund dedications required by the Division of Local Government Services, appointments for seasonal workers, and an invasive-species control contract funded through an ordinance.
