Miss Sewell polled the committee and the roll call recorded Senators Gonzales (Aye), Kirkmeyer (Aye), Kolker (Aye), Liston (Aye), Pelton (Aye), Mister Vice Chair (No), Madam Chair (Aye). The chair announced the bill passed 6 to 1.
Senate Bill 283 Senator Simpson moved Senate Bill 283, described in committee as related to water projects and involving a construction fund account and a perpetual account. After a brief exchange about account structure, Miss Sewell polled the committee.
