Planning staff member Nathan presented the request and said the operator was previously approved for three months and now seeks an additional three-month period. Staff told council that plans to connect some food trucks to utilities are in progress and that any grease-bearing wastes will be routed through grease traps before discharge to the city sewer; potable water use will be metered and billed.
Council approved the renewal unanimously. Staff will inspect and enforce grease-trap and metering requirements and proceed with any planned utility hookups with the property owner and vendor.
The permit renewals are conditional on continued compliance with city code and utility requirements; council did not modify permit conditions during the meeting.
