Program management and coordination: Staff noted work on an ADA transition plan, drainage master planning, airport design-control documents and a Quickbase-based project-management application intended to go live the next month to centralize workflows. McClellan also described coordination with TxDOT, the MPO and Comal County on projects such as the FM 725 / I‑35 area and the Schmidt Avenue roundabout design review.
