Sandy Polis, director of finance, introduced the FY 2024 audit prepared by Crowe LLP and reported a clean (unmodified) opinion. Polis said the general fund ended the year with an ending fund balance of about $37 million, representing about 36 percent of operating expenditures (roughly 3'4 months of operating reserves).
