The City of Allen Planning and Zoning Commission approved its consent agenda and corrected a spelling error in the minutes from its Jan. 7 meeting during its regular session on Feb. 4, 2025.
The action began when Commissioner Stoker moved to approve consent items 3.1 and 3.3. “I make a motion we approve items 3.1 and 3.3 from our consent agenda,” Commissioner Stoker said. Commissioner Boss seconded the motion; the presiding officer called for a vote and the motion carried unanimously.
The commission then took up item 3.2, the minutes from the Jan. 7 meeting, after a request to pull that item from the consent agenda so a name could be corrected. Commissioner Galetti moved to approve the minutes with the corrected spelling. “I make a motion that we approve the minutes with the correction to the Billingsley name. I believe it's spelled BILLINGSLEY,” Commissioner Galetti said. Commissioner Voss seconded; the presiding officer called the vote and the motion carried unanimously.
With no further business, the presiding officer adjourned the meeting.
