Staff also said, "This is for DART's portion, not our portion. So the DART board's already approved this," noting the city’s action is the companion step required under the joint agreement.

The amendment extends or resets milestone dates associated with project phasing and delivery for the DART portion. Staff said the project experienced COVID-era delays and the amendment aligns the schedule for later phases.
Next steps: staff reported the item had been reviewed by the city’s TOD committee and that execution of the amendment would proceed following negotiation of final terms. The same amendment was noted as previously approved by DART’s board.
