A motion to approve the traffic-box application was made and seconded; the Select Board voted unanimously in favor. The motion carried with the board announcing “Aye. Passes unanimously.” (no individual mover/second identified on the record).
Separately, the committee asked the Select Board to authorize an increase in the committee’s membership from nine to 11 to expand capacity for hands-on projects. Select Board members asked town counsel to review whether the change requires Town Meeting or may be handled by the Select Board; counsel review was pending at the meeting.
