Board member Miss Saxon moved to appoint Wendy Paz as treasurer pro tem; Miss McCarthy seconded the motion. A roll-call vote recorded affirmative responses from Miss Denson, Miss McCarthy, Mister Grisby, Mister Haines and Mister Baca, and the appointment was approved.
