Kettering planning commission elects 2025 officers

The Kettering Planning Commission on Feb. 3, 2025 approved a slate of officers for 2025, reassigning chair and officer roles for the year.
Commissioner Ray Waskey moved to appoint Troy Urbis as chairman, Ray Waskey as vice chairman, Carol Fisher as secretary, Ken Lackey as assistant secretary and Don Rathman as a planning commission member. The motion was seconded and approved on a roll-call vote recorded as "yes" by Don Rathman, Ray Waskey, Ken Lackey and Troy Urbis.
At the start of the meeting Don Rathman presided as chair; commissioners then "did a bit of a shuffle" to take their newly assigned seats for 2025. Carol Fisher and recording secretary Connie Gall were noted as having excused absences for the meeting.
The approved roster will govern the commission’s internal officers for calendar year 2025. No additional conditions or actions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
