Hamilton City Council voted unanimously on multiple ordinances at the April meeting, adopting several changes to the city code and approving final special-assessment rolls.
Council approved an ordinance to clarify and streamline the permitting process for special events (second reading and adoption). Council also adopted a package of 2025 zoning text amendments covering sign rules, plan-development regulations, performance standards and rules for nonconforming lots.
Separately, council approved a supplemental-appropriations ordinance for the 2025 fiscal year and adopted two emergency ordinances levying final special assessments for the Fairway Hills concrete repair and resurfacing program and for the 2023 concrete repair and resurfacing program.
