The board voted to give regional planning permission to resubmit the pre-application. The motion was seconded and passed by roll call: Commissioners Sabrina (yes), Jill (yes) and Mike Timlin (yes).
The resubmission is a pre-application step; staff did not request immediate appropriations during the meeting and noted they would return with grant materials or requests as the state review progresses.
