MetroParks asks commissioners for $12,608 to secure utility easement for Western Reserve Greenway; Norfolk Southern easement still pending

Zach (MetroParks) told commissioners the project needs a final payment to secure an easement from Ohio Edison so the county can complete right-of-way certification and move the Western Reserve Greenway segment toward construction.
