Addition); awarded a courthouse parking lot and sidewalk contract to Timmons Construction (Agreement No. 25-36); awarded the 2025 chip-seal contract to Road Guys Construction (Agreement No. 25-37); approved a Brookings County Detention Center inmate housing contract with Moody County (Agreement No. 25-38); and approved several right-of-way occupancy applications by Sioux Valley Energy and private landowners.
