The motion to approve the rezoning was moved by Councilor Sigourney and seconded by Councilor Barranco. The roll-call vote was Councilor Thomason — Yes; Councilor Barranco — Yes; Councilor Bassey — Yes; Councilor McCurries — Yes; Councilor Sighetty — Yes; Councilor Spellerberg — Yes. The motion passed 6 to 0.
