Brighton staff told council at the April 22 study session that the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board has recommended appointing Joe Arp to the city’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and that staff will prepare a resolution for council consideration at the next meeting.
Deputy city clerk Erin Kelm presented the item and said the advisory board recommended Joe Arp. No council questions were raised during the presentation and staff indicated they would return with a formal resolution on the consent agenda or regular agenda at a subsequent meeting.
The matter was informational at the study session; council did not vote on the appointment during the meeting. The resolution to make the appointment will appear for formal action at a later date, per staff.
