Clayton Board of Adjustment elects Marty Bizzle chair; Rebecca Berry named vice chair

“I appreciate your confidence in me,” Marty Bizzle said after the vote.
The board also voted to approve the minutes of its Jan. 15, 2025, meeting by voice vote. The meeting had no evidentiary hearings on the agenda and moved on to staff reports before adjourning.
