The Plan Commission authorized publication on May 21 for a June primary-plat public hearing on Castle Rock Phase 3, a residential subdivision at 86 Place in the town’s northwest boundary. The developer’s representative, Doug Ruddy of DVG, said engineering review comments are being addressed and the team expects to be ready for a public hearing next month; the applicant also plans to return to a study session if additional questions arise.
A motion to grant the request to publish for June carried 6-0. Staff and the applicant noted ongoing engineering review by John Dykstra; the developer will resubmit as needed and proceed toward the public hearing date.
