The judge said the work session will allow only court members and representatives from NextEra and Hillstone to speak; the public will be permitted to speak at a follow-up work session that will be scheduled later.
Casson said, in part, that: "This is the last call for written questions to be asked at a work session that will be attended by representatives from NextEra and/or Hillstone... The public will not be allowed to speak at this meeting. Only the representatives from NextEra and Hillstone, myself, and the three commissioners will be allowed to speak. The public will be allowed to speak in a follow-up work session." He also asked questioners to include any concerns shared in prior emails, texts or conversations so the developers can prepare complete responses.
