"If you go on right now to the events calendar online... every single one of our schools for the month of June have put their events into one calendar," he said, and noted families can subscribe to calendars for each school.
The committee did not take action on the security or calendar items at the meeting; Holcomb thanked staff for their work and said principals and police would be notified in advance of outside assessments.
