Union Street downtown parking project comes in under budget; construction to begin July

Norris noted off‑site parking at 60 Wakefield Street will be available to mitigate downtown disruption.
The committee did not take additional action; staff said the FY26 budget includes a $200,000 contingency that will not be needed based on the bid results and that construction administration funds are available.
