The Breckenridge Planning and Zoning Commission on April 20, 2025 recommended approval of a replat for the property at 1200 West Second to divide the parcel into two lots so the owner may place a mobile home on the north lot.
Staff told the commission the existing parcels run north–south and that the replat will create two roughly 12,000-square-foot lots. The existing mobile home will remain on the south parcel; a second mobile home is planned for the newly formed north parcel. Staff said the new unit will face the alley and that city addressing staff (COG) will be contacted to assign the correct address.
There was no public comment during the hearing. Commissioner Lehi moved to approve the replat recommendation; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Commission staff noted the north portion of the site is cleared and that addressing and recording at the courthouse will follow standard procedures once approvals are final.
