Council approves replat to divide property at 1200 West Second into two lots

Breckenridge City Council approved a replat of the property at 1200 West Second (legally described as Mountain Heights Addition, Block 5, Lots 12 and 3) to create two lots. The applicant plans to place a mobile home on the north lot.
Staff presented the proposed plat map showing existing lot lines (black) and the proposed replat boundary (green). The presentation noted each resulting lot would be 12,000 square feet. Planning and Zoning reviewed the application and recommended approval; council approved the replat by motion, second and unanimous voice vote.
Council action: a motion to approve the replat as presented was moved and seconded and carried with all in favor.
Implementation: staff will record the approved replat after the applicant completes required filings and any conditions of approval.
