Guido (last name not provided), who leads the city’s GIS effort, said the program moved the city “from a paper map” to an online ArcGIS environment and has already mapped council districts, zoning, general plan parcels and “housing opportunity sites” from the housing element. “We actually the first phase was getting community development up and running,” Guido said, and the city has added planning, engineering and police beats layers.
