Flandreau council elects Berkey as president, Bargent vice president; appoints finance officer and city attorney

The mayor then nominated Laurie Nebone to continue as city finance officer. The council approved the appointment; the mayor administered the oath of office and Nebone said, “I will.”
The council then approved the mayor’s nomination of Matthew Tisdall as city attorney and administered the oath of office.
