Board member Kevin Angel moved to accept the revisions; Brian Sloan seconded. Chairman Knight called the vote and the board approved the amendments unanimously, 7—0.
The board did not request additional changes during the meeting; finance staff will incorporate the approved amendments into district financial records and report on any material changes at subsequent meetings.
