Hillsborough Planning Board approves two resolutions, cancels April 10 meeting

The board approved a resolution for the Somerset County Senior Wellness Center pavilion (file number 25PB-1 INF). Mr. Depp moved and another member seconded the motion on the record; in the roll call those eligible to vote (Mr. Flagg, Mr. Radowitz, Ms. Smith, Mr. Depp and Chair Sarajev) each recorded “yes.”
The board then approved a second resolution for TV LLC (file number 23PB-2 MSV). That motion was seconded and carried on the same roll call of eligible members (Mr. Flagg, Mr. Radowitz, Ms. Smith, Mr. Depp and Chair Sarajev answered “yes”).
Later in the meeting the board voted to cancel its April 10, 2025 meeting. The mayor and board secretary moved and seconded that cancellation; roll-call votes were recorded as “yes” from Mr. Flagg, Mr. Radowitz, Ms. Smith, Mr. Depp, Mr. Smith, Committee Member Lopani, Mayor Ciccarelli and Chair Sarajev.
There was no additional planning-board business or ordinances for consideration at the April 3 meeting. The board adjourned following the votes.
