South Jordan’s City Council approved four resolutions during its Feb. 18 meeting, covering an appointment to the planning commission, a sewer-construction payment agreement, an amendment to the city’s public infrastructure district (PID) policy, and a development agreement for two flag lots on 3010 West.
The most contested item, a development agreement with Mulberry Cottage LLC and WHD TMR LLC for properties at 10537 South and 10555 South 3010 West, passed by a 3-2 vote after earlier meetings and public hearings. Council members Tamara Zander, Don Shelton and Council Member Harris voted in favor; Council Member Johnson and Council Member McGuire voted no. The council held previous public hearings on this application in October and December 2024 and discussed the item again in study sessions in January and February.
