The adjustments include small targeted increases across general-fund departments and capital funds. City council expenditures were increased by $5,000 to cover the single-audit fee required after the city exceeded $750,000 in federal funding. Administration changes totaled $78,000 for administrative law and network subscriptions plus market adjustments for two employees.
