Gallatin County on April 15 awarded a road crack‑sealing contract to Hardrives Construction for $93,407.06 following a public hearing and bid opening.
County Engineer Levi Ewen said the county received four bids for the 2025 crack‑sealing project and recommended the low bid from Hardrives Construction. The commission opened public comment and, hearing none, a commissioner moved to accept the notice of award to Hardrives Construction in the amount of $93,407.06. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The engineer presented no additional conditions, and no public commenters spoke on the item during the hearing. The commission provided no further direction and did not attach contingencies to the award during the April 15 meeting.
