The board approved two memoranda of agreement to acquire property interests for the County Road 66 corridor project: Contract ID 9325 for an authorized purchase amount up to $700,000 plus closing costs and Contract ID 9326 for $550,000 plus closing costs. County staff said those totals include land and on‑site improvements such as a single‑family dwelling, outbuildings, fencing, septic systems and other site elements.
