Council passed Ordinance 25-28 accepting about 0.05 acres of property near Creekview Subdivision from Creekview Project 1 LLC for a lift station. The measure passed after a motion by Councilman Don Wells with a second by Councilman Tolliver; recorded roll-call votes were unanimous.
