Key outcomes at the meeting: - Ordinance 25-28: Passed. Council accepted a donation of approximately 0.05 acres from Creekview Project 1 LLC for a lift station near Creekview Subdivision. The measure was moved by Councilman Wells and seconded by Councilman Tolliver; the roll call was unanimous. - Resolution 25-23: Passed. Council amended the agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to remove snow and ice within the city corporate limits. The meeting also included announcements and reports: a public hearing for a zoning map amendment concerning two parcels (82.116 acres and 9.4 acres) was set for June 19; Mayor Patrick Haley announced a $7,000 donation from the Clinton County Convention and Visitors Bureau to supplement city fireworks funding for July 4; and the city will reinstate summer bike patrols in the police department.
