The applicant told the board he had not received the March 31 memo and asked to review it; the board recommended the applicant meet with the municipal engineer and his designer before returning with revised plans. The applicant said he would accept the engineer's requirements but requested time to consult and determine potential costs.
Board members and the engineer also flagged inconsistencies between the survey and architectural plans and advised the applicant to submit a corrected, current survey of the property. The board agreed to carry the matter to the June 25 meeting (clerk later confirmed the June 25 date) to give the applicant time to consult the municipal engineer, update plans and address stormwater issues. The applicant was told the board would likely condition any approval on compliance with the municipal engineer's recommendations.
