The board confirmed the applicant will be re-noticed; the board secretary said the extension includes publication and formal notice requirements.
The request was approved on a motion and second; board members responded in the affirmative when the chair called for the vote. The board did not record a roll-call tally for the carry in the transcript beyond an affirmative voice vote.
The board cited the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act (NJSA 10:4-6) at the start of the meeting; the re-noticing will follow the board's public-notice procedures. No additional substantive discussion of the application occurred at the April 9 meeting.
