He told the board the excavation is expected to produce roughly 28 truckloads of material, with work concentrated over about two days and a planned maximum of 15 truck trips per day; truck movements would be scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to avoid school-bus and peak commuting periods.
Board members and the township engineering office confirmed the applicant will comply with the township engineering memo dated Dec. 6, 2024, and that required permits (tree removal permit, county soil‑sediment control) must be secured before final engineering sign-off. After the evidentiary portion of the hearing closed, a motion to approve the permit was made, seconded, and adopted by roll-call vote of members present.
The board’s vote concluded the item subject to the standard condition that the applicant satisfy all items in the township engineering memo and obtain any required ancillary permits. No members of the public offered testimony or cross-examination during the hearing.
