Board notes withdrawn and dismissed applications: Singh withdrawn; Parkside Drive application dismissed without prejudice

During the Jan. 15 meeting the board confirmed one withdrawal and dismissed another application without prejudice after the applicants failed to appear.
The Parsippany Troy Hills Board of Adjustment recorded two procedural outcomes on Jan. 15: the Singh application (application 24:6) was withdrawn by the applicant and an application for 4 Parkside Drive (application 24:55, Lydia and Yolanda Bender) was dismissed without prejudice after the applicants did not appear.
Board staff announced that the Singh application had been withdrawn and was no longer moving forward. "The application has been withdrawn," a staff member stated on the record.
Separately, the board advised that the Bender application had been carried from Oct. 23, 2024; the applicants were advised of the rescheduled date and had been strongly encouraged to retain a planner but did not appear for the Jan. 15 hearing. A board member moved to dismiss the application without prejudice; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
The minutes will reflect the withdrawal and the dismissal without prejudice. Applicants may refile or seek readvertisement according to board rules.
