The Parsippany Troy Hills Board of Adjustment on Jan. 15 voted to approve a site plan with a D variance for three townhomes at 130 Troy Road (Block 726, Lot 15), subject to the applicant addressing outstanding engineering and planner comments.
The application, carried from October, was presented by Joseph O'Neil for the applicant and included testimony from Frank Matarazzo. O'Neil told the board the filing is a site plan only and that previously granted variances would remain in place. "This is the site plan now, site plan only," O'Neil said.
